Lou Perrotta
Lou has been assisting clients in financing real estate since 1977 when he started working as a personal finance associate with a consumer credit company. Lou’s career advanced in the 1970’s and early 1980’s in various positions, which progressively carried more responsibility, with a mortgage company and real estate developer. Lou founded Domus Financial Corporation in 1992.
Lou’s vast experience, considerable knowledge, and industry relationships enable him to lead the Domus team that delivers practical, cost-effective, mortgage financing solutions for all clients, whether in residential or commercial applications. The members of Domus’ team share Lou’s belief that the company’s clients and partners deserve and must receive respect, integrity in dealings, and superior levels of service from all team members.
Lou was conferred with the Certified Professional Mortgage Broker (CPMB) designation in January 2007 and was awarded the Broker Of The Year award in Canada in April 2010.
Lou is a Member of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario (IMBA), having served as a Director of the Association since May 2001, and as IMBA’s President from May 2003 to April 2004. Lou has also served as IMBA’s Treasurer, Chair of the 2004 and 2005 Conference Committees, Chair of the Communications Committee and Chair of several other committees.

George Kostadinov
George Kostadinov is a licensed Mortgage Broker who specializes in financing both residential and commercial investment properties. George’s philosophy with respect to investment properties is that financing individual transactions must be considered in the context of an investor’s entire portfolio and that financing a property is more than obtaining the most amount of money at the lowest cost. George is a firm believer in the principle that investors who wish to maintain value of real estate assets must adhere to constant maintenance programs.
George has an extensive background in the finance industry having worked in several countries in Europe and North America throughout his career, which has given him the opportunity to observe the diverse perspectives of the people of several other cultures and societies.
George is a Member of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario (IMBA).

Mark Young
Mark has been in the financial services industry since 1974 when he joined RBC Royal Bank in retail banking shortly after graduating from Concordia University of Montreal. Mark received a promotion to commercial banking in 1984 when he was transferred to Toronto.
During his career at Royal Bank, which spanned 35 years, Mark managed loan and investment portfolios of all sizes for clients ranging from individuals, to small and medium enterprises, to large private and public companies.
Mark is well-versed in financing businesses, construction, and commercial and residential real estate. Mark’s many years of experience and the knowledge gained from dealing at senior levels of finance enable him to confidently advise clients. Potential clients can take comfort in the fact that they can benefit from the diversity of Mark’s experience as he will identify cost-effective, practical solutions for their mortgage and business financing needs.
